Refund and Returns Policy

Overview Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Because we source commercial-grade supplies from various wholesale partners and marketplace vendors, return procedures and warehouse locations vary depending on the product.

Return Process (Do Not Mail to Our Corporate Office) Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our corporate mailing address. Doing so may result in your return being lost or denied.

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at help@landlordsupplystore.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping label and instructions for your specific item.

Non-Returnable Items Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom-ordered or personalized products.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Downloadable software products or digital guides.

  • Gift cards.

Partial Refunds There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, that has been installed, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at the designated warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that the returned item has been processed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@landlordsupplystore.com.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect item. If you need to exchange a defective item for the exact same product, send us an email at help@landlordsupplystore.com to receive an exchange RMA and a prepaid return label.

Shipping Returns Depending on the reason for the return and the specific vendor policy, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you are returning more expensive items, we strongly recommend using the trackable shipping service and label provided by our support team. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you choose to ship it independently.
