- Tamper Proof Thermostat for landlord and commerical property owners
- Renters/Guest can not set heat over 74 degrees
- Renters/Guests can not set AC below 74 degrees
- Works with most system types including Boiler, Furnace, Single stage Heat pumps.
- Does NOT work with Electric Baseboard or High Voltage HVAC systems.
ControlTemp CT74 Basic Tamper Proof Thermostats allow the landlord to control the heat and cool temperature settings. The tenant or employee will not be able to raise the heat higher than 74 and will not be able to lower the cooling lower than 74. This thermostat only works for Single stage HVAC Systems (conventional and heat pump systems) as well as heat only or cool only systems. It does NOT work with multi stage or electric baseboard systems. This thermostat is non programmable.
